Through Freedom to Thrive, I experienced a huge shift in my confidence. I realized how much of my overworking came from the story that I couldn’t fail, which left me holding everything together alone. In the program, I learned to give myself space, to delegate, and to actually trust others with pieces of the work. That in itself was freeing.
But the biggest change was finally being able to own the value of my contributions. As a Black woman in nonprofit leadership, I had been minimizing or giving away credit without even realizing it. Now, I can acknowledge my impact and validate myself, which has allowed me to contribute even more and lead with greater confidence.

-You’re juggling impossible demands and constantly putting your own needs last.
-The pace feels relentless, and you’re wondering how long you can keep going.
-You want to make a difference, but the stress and politics are draining your energy.
-You’ve lost touch with the joy and confidence you once had in your work.
-You know you can’t keep leading this way, but you’re not sure what needs to change.
The demands you're facing are real.
Under-resourced organizations, impossible workloads and cultures of "doing more with less" all take a toll.
But those pressures can also shape the expectations we begin placing on ourselves.
Being the one everyone can depend on.
Putting other people's needs before our own.
Measuring our value by how much we contribute.
Feeling responsible for making sure everything gets done.
Over time, these expectations can become so familiar that they stop feeling like expectations at all.
They simply feel like who we are.
Freedom to Thrive helps you uncover and shift these deeper patterns, so you can continue to care deeply and make a difference without sacrificing yourself in the process.
Trust your voice, contribution and judgment without continually needing to prove your value. Make decisions from your values rather than from the pressure to meet everyone else's expectations.
Learn to distinguish between what is yours to carry and what isn't. Step back, delegate and say no without equating limits with letting people down.
Reconnect with what matters to you, not only with what others need from you. Create room for your wellbeing, relationships and life while continuing to contribute to work you care deeply about.
Stop over-giving and finally lead without depleting yourself.
Align your leadership with your values instead of others’ expectations.
Feel supported by a circle of women who truly understand your journey.
Speak with clarity and confidence in high-stakes conversations.
Build new ways of leading and serving that support both your impact and wellbeing.
…then Freedom to Thrive is for you.

Freedom to Thrive isn't simply about helping you cope better with unsustainable demands. It's about changing the way you relate to leadership, responsibility and service.
As you learn to trust your own value, share responsibility, honour your limits and make space for yourself, something else becomes possible.
You begin to model a different way of leading.
You create more space for other people's capacity.
You become more intentional about what you praise, expect and normalize.
And you can begin challenging, rather than reproducing, some of the patterns that contribute to burnout in the first place.
Because when leaders change what they carry, they can also change what they create around them.
Imagine walking into meetings calm and grounded, trusting your judgement and your voice. Picture yourself finishing the workday with energy left for the people and experiences that matter to you.
You’ll be able to leave work at work, so that when you step through the door at home, you can be fully present with your loved ones. You’ll go to bed at night with a sense of fulfillment rather than exhaustion, knowing you’ve given your best without giving it all.
This is about creating a rhythm of leadership and life that doesn’t burn you out, but actually sustains you. One where you can enjoy your mornings, weekends, and vacations without guilt because you’ve built the practices, structures, and support to make that possible.
That's the kind of leadership that doesn't just sustain you. It creates the conditions for others to thrive, too.

You’re a woman leader in nonprofit, education, or healthcare, or another service-driven sector.
You care deeply about your mission but feel stretched thin.
You want practical tools and a supportive community.
You’re ready to shift from surviving to thriving in your leadership.

Freedom to Thrive came at a time when I really needed to slow down and it gave me the tools and space to do just that. One of the biggest shifts for me was learning to pause instead of overextend, to say no without guilt, and to be more intentional about how I spend my energy. I started tracking what fuels me versus what drains me, and I’ve found myself working fewer hours but getting more meaningful work done.
What sets Daniela apart is her ability to identify the precise leverage points for transformation. She asks the kind of questions that open doors you didn’t even know existed, helping you connect dots that were always there but somehow invisible.
As leaders in the nonprofit sector, we often operate within systems that reward over-giving and normalize the "do more with less" mentality. This program helped me name those patterns and begin unlearning them. It offered a new model of leadership, one that is sustainable, relational, and rooted in trust, not self-sacrifice.
